6. That was an excellent job. I called them last night after it had snowed four inches and they brought Plowers full of salt. I had even left my dead summer plants in place but a young man was so friendly and offer to get rid of them for me for smooth salting and plowing. They applied to salt to both the back and the front steps. It was an awesome job. I realized that this company respects all types of clients despite most of their clients being the young generation. 8. One word I can say about this company is respect! I was contacted by the owner of the company in rectification of an error they made in my house. They even offered to remove the snow from my neighbor’s house for free since I had given an appointment for both houses. The owner was very apologetic and very concerned. Error happen now and then but have you with a company recalling an error? It’s very rare to find one that will acknowledge they made a mistake. I was humbled by how they took responsibility for the mistake done. This company made arrangements for how they would remove the snow and ice from our driveways and sidewalks. They have always shown up and cleared the snow on time. Their customer service is also another quality thing I loved about them. 10. I have partnered with this company for three seasons now and I have no complaints. I decided to try them when I saw their pricing guide. They are is affordable irrespective of the thick blanket of snow in Michigan. After contacting them they were here on time and that was just amazing. I have worked with a few snow removal companies who are so unreliable. They are very organized and everybody there does what they are good at.
